American Girl's Peach Cobbler

Wonderful and simple altho I did change it some. I used Splenda instead of sugar, wheat flour inside of white, fresh peaches and because I had no peach juice I used a little peach schnapps. Will make this again real soon. I have fresh peaches cut and hope to get some real juice. Thank you

Cinna-Raisin Rice Pudding

I have been looking for this recipe for years. My mother use to make a "top of the stove" rice pudding. It was not like I remember and the rice was a little hard and there was something missing but I also know nothing tastes like mother use to make. Will try it again and doctor it up a little. Thank you.

Steamed Tuna Fish

This was the worst fish I have ever tasted. It was tough and much too salty even though I did not add salt. My husband is a died in the wool fish eater did not like this at all.

Peking Pork Chops

Shrimp and Mushroom Linguini with Creamy Cheese Herb Sauce

Very good. This is a keeper I used boursin cheese and frozen cilantro cubes and the taste is superb. I will try cream cheese and not as much butter next time. Maybe EVO and there will be a next time.
