I am thirteen years old i'm a boy im under experienced but i prefer still learning! i live in rural scotland isle of skye and i live near the three chimneys restaurant {its in the top 20 restaurants in the world and i live literally less than two miles away from it pretty cool huh?} i was born in london {but i am half scottish} skye is famous for its sea food as its local waters are untouched by any form of pollution I love baking,luckily nothing i have baked has done anything it shouldn't have eg:blown up my mum LOVES just going down to the shore and wading out a bit and getting scallops i can't stand shellfish they make me want to heave! our family appreciates simplicity we sometimes grow stuff on our 48 acres of land! {were not rich or anything but were not poor either we just inherited a lot of land} to be honest i haven't had any but i make a mean mac and cheese! I was once frying some fish and it completely frazzled up on one side!
