Salsa Chicken
This is a GREAT recipe! So super quick and easy. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Moist and tender. I used a nacho/taco shredded cheese mix. The sour cream on top is a must. This will definitely become a staple recipe in my house. Thanks so much!

Bananas Foster II
These are absolutely DELICIOUS! We used spiced rum instead of normal rum for a bit more flavor. They didn't take me more than 10 minutes to make. SO quick and easy. I know I'll be making this recipe time and time and time again.

Lime Garlic Chicken
I made this and it was just okay. Kind of bland. I might make it again if I had the ingredients on hand, but I wouldn't go buy ingredients just to make it.
