Four Layer Delight
I made this with vanilla pudding and coconut as well. I also used ground blanched almonds in the crust. Yum :) I am excited to try this with different pudding and nut combos. I also used light cream cheese, light cool whip and skim milk. Also used Sugar/fat free pudding.

Fluffy French Toast
Good recipe for easy morning french toast. I wouldn't use this if I was really trying to wow guests, but for a regular Sunday morning, very very good.

Four Cheese Macaroni
Delicious. I used 2 cups of milk and the cheeses I used were the velveeta, cheddar, and a chipotle cheddar from whole foods. Added extra cheddar to the top and a sprinkle of paprika... it was beautiful and tasty. I made the sauce separate but it still split a little, did not effect the taste. Made this to go with a grilled pork tenderloin and the sesame green beans from this site.
