I am in human services and women's ministry. I love helping people, and will volunteer whenever I am needed at local charities. I am friendly, out-going and a baker. My favorite is my brownies. I am always asked to make them for every occasion. I also like to try new recipes when I have the ingredients, or will create my own dish. All the Polish cuisine that I grew up on, pierogi's, cabbage and noodles, babka, and the list goes on and on. My mother's standing lamb cake that I made for the first time after her passing. I caught the oven on fire one time making a roast. I live in a trailer, and luckily it was put out before it did real damage.
