I was born in Michigan and have lived there, Southern Mississippi, Western North Carolina, Georgia and Miami, Florida so I've had the pleasure of tasting many different styles of cooking. I love to make speciality things. Omellettes are a favorite of mine. I am fairly efficent in the kitchen. I like doing Asian dishes, Mexican, Southern, and Italian. I have a favorite Corn Bread Dressing that I love to make for the holidays. My mother was born in Michigan, but learned at an early age to make Southern style dishes (Thanks to my sourthern Father). My aunt is a southern style cook as well. I guess my Cornbread/Bacon Dressing is my favorite. It has a few ingredients, but the end result is always a hit during the holidays. I want to make the PERFECT omellete - with all the extras. I just can't seem to make it fluffy enough for me.
