Muenster Chicken and Mushrooms

So good!!! Will make often. did change a bit. I did not use the milk I just covered the cicken in flour and S&P. Then add oil to pain a browned both sides. I also use pepper jack cheese instead of muenster. Everyone loved it!

Beef Stroganoff I

Love this recipe!!! So easy. Used oil instead of butter added garlic and 2 pounds fresh sliced mushrooms. Also added flour to thicken sauce, salt and pepper. Will make again.

Kielbasa Cabbage Skillet

Loved this recipe!!! So easy and cheap!! I did change it a little. I used turkey kielbasa and use a whole onion and no peppers. I also added red pepper flakes. My boys even loved it.

Chicken Pot Pie VIII

I loved this recipe. I changed quite a bit. I didn't have time to make a crust so instead I placed the filling in a 9x9 baker and put corn mix over top. I also din't have mushrooms so I just added extra carrots and cellery.

Tuna Broccoli Roll Up Casserole

Loved it. But I made it vegetarian style, I boiled some potaotes for 10 minutes and then added fresh broccoli for 5 minutes more. I continued with recipe as directed. My family loved it!!! Will make again.

Pumpkin Bars I

Wonderfull! I used 2 cups whole wheat flour instead of white. I only put in 3 eggs and used apple sauce instead of oil. And only used 1 1/2 cups sugar. Turned out great. I also baked it in a cookie sheet with sides.
