About this Cook
I have been married for three years and we have two beautiful children. I love to eat; I think that is why I cook so well.I love trying new things. I like to see the look on my family's face when I introduce a new recipe.
My favorite things to cook
Lasagna, Tuna patties
My cooking triumphs
My mother tricked me into cooking Thanksgiving dinner two years ago. The dinner was wonderful.
My cooking tragedies
I am not a good baker. Once I made some sugar cookies; they were like hockey pucks. Never tried my hand at baking from scratch again.

Baked Spaghetti
We are in the process of eating now. It looks delicious and nI used meatballs instead of ground beef or turkey.

Spicy Garlic and Pepper Shrimp
The holidays are coming so I wanted to give the family something different. This recipe is so very delicious. I used the red cabbage to give it some color. Everyone loved it.
