Jill's Sweet and Tangy Meatloaf

This is probably the best meatloaf i have ever had! It definitely was different from what i am used to, but it was also the easierst one i have ever made! It also goes really well with Baked Corn too!

Baked Corn II

I LOVED THIS!!! It reminds me of something ChiChi's restaurant used to have on their manu called sweet corn cake.. it's delicious!

These were wonderful! Not to mention easy to make... my 4 year old even had fun rolling them into balls, AND licking the chocolate off her hands when she was done!
