Unstuffed Cabbage Dinner
I didn't measure, but I did mix my ground meat like I usually do to make stuffed cabbage with egg, onion, ketchup, garlic powder, salt, pepper to taste and rice. I layered skillet with cut up cabbage then meat mix then more cabbage. I covered with 1 can tomato soup and water cooked it until cabbage and rice were done. Served with mashed potatoes and my husband said it was a keeper. Good for a quick meal.

Stewed Cabbage
My mom used to make this but she added wide noodles to it also. It is also good with ham cut up in it.

Easy Meatloaf
I make my meatloaf this way all the time and there is never any left overs. The only thing I do differently is just a bit moire ketchup and mustard and brown sugar (all to taste). You can even do individual meeatloaves on top of the stove the same way. I add a little water to the sause when I make them on top of the stove. You can even top them with cheese or any of your faEvorite toppings. My family just loves meatloaf made this way.
