I followed this recipe to the tee. I went out of town in the morning expecting to be home by 5 pm. Did not get home until after 10 pm and it was still wonderful!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

The only change I made based on suggestions was to put the biscuits in 2 hours ahead of time. I used low sodium Cream of Mushroom and Cream of Celery soups and broth because it is what I had on hand. This was delicious and so easy!

Golden Pork Chops

This was delicious. My teenage daughter had friends over and they all loved it as well. So much for picky eaters!! The only thing I did different was that I added one envelope of dry golden onion soup mix to the golden mushroom soup and mixed it well before pouring it over the chops.
