Jen's Hearty Three Meat Chili
I personally liked this recipe. It was very good, different from others but that after all is why I selected it. But, my husband did not care for it at all. I was shocked, he loves spicy but said this was just too hot. I could only give it three stars for our difference of oppinion.

Potato and Cauliflower Casserole
This was great. I used frozen cauliflower and red skin potatoes. Simplified everything. Just fixed the sauce in my cast iron, added the veggies and cheese and baked for 30 min. The whole family enjoyed it. I plan to use this again.

Kielbasa Stew
I followed the recipe with the exception of using and adding more turkey kielbasa. My whole picky family enjoyed this one. I will be using it again and again.
