These were a big hit at my daughters school for halloween. Some fell off the sticks because I dont think I attached them properly but they were very cute and very tasty

This soup was very tasty!!!!! I used mostly fressh corn that we had frozen from our summer crop. I think this made the soup less creamy than I had hoped for but the taste was VERY good. I doubled the recipe so I found I needed to cook the potatoes longer than stated in the recipe.All in all a definate keeper!!!

I really liked this recipe. It had alot of potential for added ingredients too!!! I used only fresh corn and added just alittle milk to it. I also used fresh mushrooms If you like alittle spice I would reccomend using more of the chiles. I used the 2 tblsp and even my 2 year old could handle that. This recipe would also be great with roasted peppers added or sundried tomatoes. Thanks...fun recipe and easy to make
