Easily the best chili I've ever made! The flavor was awesome! I have to watch my sodium intake so just used low sodium options and it was still fantastic! I followed the advice of other reviewers and left out the zucchini but added a can of drained kidney beans and a can of drained corn. I also only used 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes and a 4ounce can of diced green chiles so that it wasn't too spicy. If you like spicy food though, leave the whole amount in....I would have if my husband liked spicy food. Will make this over and over. Thanks!
