I am a mom of 2 busy boys, aged 6 & 8, work full time, and love to cook when I can find the time. There's no better feeling than being able to nourish your family! My husband and I are trying to set excellent examples for our boys in terms of eating habits and food choices. I LOVE my slow cooker. It's boardering on unhealthy. Almost an obsession. I cannot say enough good things about it! I also enjoy some baking too. "Special Breakfast" every Sunday morning. It's a guaranteed time everyone will show up, whether it's simple fruit salad, or all the fixins with pancakes, eggs, and bacon. Meal planning and sticking to it for 2 months now. I'm very proud of myself! Mistakenly putting salt in a pudding instead of sugar. It was gross, and in grade 8!
