Well, it's been almost 3 years since my last post. REALLY? Where DID the time go? My little boys are now bigger boys at 8 & 10, my life has not slowed once. My younger son is now a competitive soccer player, so we are now committing

I am a mom of 2 busy boys, aged 6 & 8, work full time, and love to cook when I can find the time. There's no better feeling than being able to nourish your family! My husband and I are trying to set excellent examples for our boys in terms of eating habits and food choices.
My favorite things to cook
I LOVE my slow cooker. It's boardering on unhealthy. Almost an obsession. I cannot say enough good things about it! I also enjoy some baking too.
My favorite family cooking traditions
"Special Breakfast" every Sunday morning. It's a guaranteed time everyone will show up, whether it's simple fruit salad, or all the fixins with pancakes, eggs, and bacon.
My cooking triumphs
Meal planning and sticking to it for 2 months now. I'm very proud of myself!
My cooking tragedies
Mistakenly putting salt in a pudding instead of sugar. It was gross, and in grade 8!
