Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting
The only change I made was to only add 4 TBSPS of whipped topping. But it really didn't need it. I put the frosting in the fridge to set for a while. Then frosted the cake and put both in the fridge. THIS STAYED FIRM AND DELICIOUS!

Red Velvet Cake
I followed a few reviews and added a bit more cocoa powder. But that made this a chocolate cake. It was tasty and very moist. Flavors were much better the next day. I used the highest rated Cream Cheese frosting from this site & it was a good mix. Still hunting for the perfect Red Velvet Recipe...

Cream Cheese Frosting II
Hands down, the best ever. Perfect balance of flavors. After some time in the fridge, PERFECT consistency and holds up well! I added 4 TBSP of Cool Whip to lighten/fluff the frosting. But it didn't need it at all.
