I love different ethnic foods, so much to my gain- I am married to a Mexican! My mother in law and the family have really taught me how to cook real traditional mexican foods, and not the "tex-mex". My side of the family is Irish mainly, but we also enjoy foods that are german, russian, etc. I love to bake, and I am always trying new things along with family favs. I love allrecipe, because some of my new dishes are from here. My grandmothers Mustard Crust Leg of Lamb, and the smell of Green chili's roasting on the cumal in the morning (heaven) and even more..... My in laws have really incorporated their family traditions along with mine and it is now ours! Finally getting some of my mother inlaws recipes! She would tell me how to do one, but if she didn't write it down- I would be missing key things to really make that recipe good- ( I think it was on purpose..wink). I made Albondigas for my Father in law and husband on e night. When I went to work they decided to heat it up. Well they forgot about it and it totally burned-(AHHHHHH). The house smelled for days!!!
