Antipasto Pasta Salad
This was delicious. I changed a few things . . . used provolone cheese instead of Asiago, used cheese tortellini instead of shells, used cream balsamic vs red. Turned out quite yummy!

Holiday Chicken Salad
Delicious! I made it the night before, used a grocery store rotisserie chicken & replaced the green pepper with green apples. Many of my guests commented on it, a couple asked if I made it myself & several asked for the recipe. Will definately make this again!
