Chili-Lime Chicken Kabobs
This is a great marinade. The only changes I made were to leave out the cayenne as hubby isn't a big spicy fan. I made this for my sons 2nd b-day party and I did kabobs with steak, shrimp, and chicken and this was a crowd pleaser. Super easy to make and I let it marinade overnight and it has a great flavor. I was worried that the chili powder might make it too spicy but it was perfect. Highly recommend!
