Chicken Enchiladas V
Excellent starter. I made the chicken and the sauce as stated but added enchilada sauce (no chili powder). Really good. Corn tortillas are a MUST.

Chocolate Banana Bread
Really good and forgiving! I did not have sour cream so I used vanilla yogurt and it worked just fine. I also used less sugar (1 1/2 cups)and bananas (3), baked it for an hour in a bundt pan. Yum!

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies
Very easy and good. I, too, did not put in as much sugar (2 1/4 cups- 1 of them Brown). Turned out yummy.
