The list of ingredients for this recipe is very good and produces a very nice tasting quick bread that we all enjoyed. However , I would not recommend following the directions by beating all the ingredients together in a bowl for 5 minutes with an electric mixer. Excessive mixing will cause the overdevelopment of gluten and make the bread tough instead of tender.. INSTEAD… Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ones (Only when each bowl of ingredients is mixed thoroughly ) and fold them together gently until just combined. Do this part by hand rather than with a mixer. The end result will be a nice sweet, tender quick bread. THX

French Vanilla with chocolate chips are our favorite. The variety of cake mixes that can be used is endless! I rolled the dough of chocolate cake mix balls in icing sugar and it gave it a nice crinkle effect. (Very pretty) Thx.

This made enough batter for two 9x5 loaf pans. It baked nicely in 65 mins. I used the whole amount of sugar and we found it perfectly sweet, and it's well spiced for us too. Very moist, dense and all around really good. Thx.

Very to simple to make. Thanks to Mrs. Nye and her 3rd grade class for submitting a very easy, basic recipe. My 9 year old daughter measured and mixed this up in no time and without any difficulty. Thx....Oh, and it's very good!

Because of kids, I didn't add the streusel topping (it just gets dusted off...) and I grated an apple as dice/chunks of fruit or anything else don't do well here. As per other reviews, I reduced the sugar and added some white chocolate chips. Overall, it's pretty good. THX

Despite all the negative reviews I thought I would give this recipe a chance because Im always looking for "seasonal" baking for the kids. Im so glad I did! We loved this cookie! It's so pumpkin-y/orange-y tasting...No pie crust, bland cookie here! I also had no sticky problems. It is a cut out cookie, so it does need to be chilled for a least a couple hours! It rolled out beautifully. I used Halloween cutters (I frosted half of them for the kids) The flavours are more pronounced the next day. A nice soft, flavorful cookie with a tinge of Autumn. THX

I used butter and added 1 Tsp. of baking powder. This Banana Bread has a good moist texture with a nice sweet flavour. It has a nice golden crust that is delightfully crisp. I wrapped half of the loaf in plastic wrap and left it over night and the outcome was a super moist, soft crust lovely banana bread. Thanks!

With just a delicate hint of cinnamon, this tastes & smells of chocolate. The zucchini kept the loaf moist even after a few days. I was not disappointed.
