I love cooking and helping people. But my favorite thing to do is spending time with my grandson, Jayden. Who thinks I bake the best cakes. I started cooking when I was about 12. I am the oldest of 4 girls. (That makes me the boss!) I love my family, I just hate being 3 hours away from them. I want to open up my own catering business. Desserts are my favorite, but I will try anything once! I love anything chocolate, (Jayden gets that from me!) I enjoy party foods and want the food to taste and look wonderful! My mother always has a big meal all the holidays. We all have to help. I love the smell of food cooking and the fun we have putting it all together. I decorated a 4 tier wedding cake for my cousin. During the wedding I heard a noise and knew it was the cake. The reception hall was hot and the top 2 layers slid right off. I locked the door and reiced the top cake. Put it on top and opened the door. No one knew except for those who were in the kitchen. They divorced a few yrs later. Don't know if anyone ever told them!
