Blackberry Buckle
Very Good. It only got 4 stars because it's not chocolate! I made it with frozen raspberries since I had them already.

Easy Sugar Cookies
I've tried many sugar cookie recipes, but this was by far the easiest and best. Thanks!!!!!

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas
Excellent! I'm always looking for a new Mexican recipe, and this a keeper. The only change I made was to combine the cheese and meat mixture, reserving 1 Cup of the cheese to sprinkle on top.
