Beef and Bean Chimichangas

Will definately make again. I probably would serve it with sour cream and some avocado. Delicious!

Braised Green Beans with Fried Tofu

Taste was good and everybody liked it, especially the tofu. Not sure if I will make it again though...

Aaahh! Potato Soup

Taste was OK but this was more like a side dish than a soup. I won't make this again.
