I am 21 years old and I live with my wonderful boyfriend, Kasper Gradzki. I also live with two of the best dogs in the world, Kovu the shih tzu, and Bon Bon the toy poodle, as well as a quaker parrot named Meeko. I just started to really learn (and love) to cook. My favorite channel is the food network and my favorite show? Emeril live. BAM!! I love cookin Italian foods. I also like Polish recipes because my boyfriend is Polish. Of course I love foods from the Philippines and anything Cajun. My comfort foods that mamma made are Sinigang, Nelaga (sorry if I butchered the spelling of those) and pot roast the way grandma made it. Golabkis! My Boyfriend ate them up like there was no tomorrow. The first time I tried to cook a steak. I put it in the oven and wanted to cook it until it was medium....but I burnt it to a crisp. I also oversalted it.
