Carrot Cake III
BEST carrot cake ever! Made cake with a few alterations: Added pineapple to make it more moist, used 1c brown and 1c white sugar, extra tsp of vanilla, and substituted applesauce for some of the oil
used a cream cheese frosting from this site. people couldnt stop talking about the cake! next time im going to try with all applesauce and no oil
