Baked Lemon Chicken with Mushroom Sauce
This is a good recipe, but I gave it only four stars because I had to alter it a bit. As other reviewers suggested, it definitely needs seasoning. I seasoned the chicken with lemon pepper seasoning and garlic powder before browning in the skillet. Then finished off in the oven for 30 minutes. I made the sauce and seasoned it too. I used 1/4 c flour and the entire can of broth. This made enough sauce for the 4 servings I made. Served over brown rice. Very tasty!

Chicken Pot Pie IX
This is a very good base recipe. I followed others advice and doubled the sauce. If I hadn't, I could only imagine how dry it would have been. I also added additional seasonings (poultry seasoning, garlic powder, and creole seasoning). Just to my own families taste, I added a handful of colby/jack cheese to the sauce. Yum! Also, I read some saying their bottom crust didn't cook thru. The solution to this is to bake @450 the first 10 minutes and then down to 425 the remainder of the time. The high temp in the beginning seals the bottom crust. This trick also works for fruit pies. Try it!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
This recipe gets four stars from me due to the fact that these cookies are virtually tasteless without the addition of salt (1t for the full recipe) and extra vanilla (2T for the full recipe) After I did that (2nd batch) they were award winning.
