I don't know if it's something we did, or if others have the same problem, but the top layer fell apart after we inverted it. It was really good though, and we'll definitely make it again, just don't know if we'll try 2 layers next time or not.

Raspberry Kielbasa over Cheese Grits

Slow Cooker Sausage with Sauce

very quick, very easy, very tasty. Only thing I do different is make my own sauce with crushed tomatoes and whatever herbs I feel like putting in (usually 2-3 cloves fresh minced garlic, fennel seed, oregano, basil, and parsley).

Fry Bread Tacos II

I only make the Fry Bread part of the recipe, and use whatever my wife and I feel like for the taco part of it. I've been looking for a Fry Bread recipe and this fits very well.

Washabinaros Chili

I cut out the Serrano and Habanero peppers and added more Wasabi to match our (my wife and I) tastes. I like to put it all in a slow cooker for about 6 hrs. on low. Since ground bison is readily available around here at pretty much the same price as beef, we use it instead, it makes it less greasy. I also like to drain and rinse the beans when I make this. We've made this recipe quite a few times since finding it and it's great each time.

Chocolate Pecan Pie III

Apple Crisp II

Very tasty, but the "crisp" part of the dessert - the topping, could have been a little crispier. Otherwise, very yummy - especially warm with vanilla ice cream.

Turkey Pot Pie

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

Excellent recipe, all I need is a cast iron skillet to bake it in and it would be just like my grandmother's cornbread. Only thing I change is I use regular milk cause I don't like buttermilk.

Cindy's Pumpkin Pie

my wife and I made this for Thanksgiving and it turned out great. As many others have sugested we let the eggs and Ice Cream reach room temperature before making it, and covered the crust with foil. This is definitely a keeper.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

This was my first time using yeast to make anything, and this recipe was really easy to follow. I used about half the dough for the pizza,since I was only cooking for 2, and made breadsticks using the rest of the dough (I sprinkled a bit of parmesan and garlic powder on them). I'll definitely be using this recipe again.
