I'm an active, outdoorsy, healthy eater on a semi-tight budget. Anything quick, healthy, organic, and relatively cheap. I experiment a lot since I usually have a bunch of random ingredients in my refrigerator and pantry. My family doesn't really have any cooking traditions, I usually go against tradition anyways. "Italian Veggie Bake" or "Scallop Couscous" The first one was the first actual recipe I followed, and everyone that tried it (my roomies and a few of my coworkers) liked it. The second was another experiment that turned out extremely well. I may submit this one soon. My first attempt at Stir Fry... I put WAY too much soy sauce in it.
