I'm originally from southern CA. where fish taco's are very popular. So I have had my share of good ones. I have since moved away to Northern CA. where the fish taco isn't as popular. Anyways, I had a hankering for some and decided to make my own. Saw this recipe and gave it a try. REALLY yummy! I have used tilipia, cod and halibut, and all versions are good. I have fried them and when I want a bit healthier, I grill the fish. Either way they are very tasty. Tho the fried version is more authentic. I serve with this sauce, Amy's Cilantro sauce from this site, cabbage and lime wedges and it's a little bit of heaven in a corn tortilla!
