I used this recipe for a sick-day craving fix -- it worked perfectly with the ingredients I had lying around! The only thing that I didn't have was the almond extract, so I just substituted another tsp of vanilla extract. I baked for about 16 minutes, too, but I like my cookies very well done, so I would probably do 20 next time. A fantastic quick recipe!
