I work alot, am close to my family. Like to read, shop. I have my "old reliable" things. Would love a larger kitchen to really break out in! My hubby likes to stir fry and grill. I'm a bit more practical after having cooked for my family as they were growing up. I have my chicken in red sauce over pasta with steamed zuchini as a stand-by. Stuffed peppers. Quick "three can" chili over rice. I like pounding my chicken breasts in 2 sheets of that sticky glad wrap. That has made dinners so much easierand cleaner to prep. Love being inspired by the recipes on line. I always overcook when grilling.
