i'm not a fan of peanut butter, but my my my this icing is amAAAAAzing. i used it to frost a four layer cake that i smashed out of frustration because it wasn't cooperating; nonetheless, i saved the remaining icing and i'm either going to top it on ice cream, or eat it alone - which i think is best (that is saying a lot for someone who prefers not to put peanut butter in a pb&j sandwich).

i'm not a fan of peanut butter, but my my my... these are soft and delicious. i used crunchy peanut butter and added some choco chips to some balls and left the rest plain. i prefer the ones without choco chips because they tasted so much better.

these spread enormously! they spread perfectly round and reminded me of mini-pancakes. for some reason, the batter that my daughter played with didn't spread at all and were more delicious than the one she didn't touch. go figure.
