About this Cook
Well I still consider myself a newly-wed for the most part. I've been married for a year and half. Since I've been married, but especially since I've been working in an adult family home, I have become very interested in cooking. Especially with the holidays this year I feel I took off! I have some great recipes I can share, and I'd like to learn a lot more!
My favorite things to cook
This last Christmas I made Cranberry Meatballs, those were so tasty. My husband's favorite thing now is my home-made Chili. It's fast and lasts!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Family cooking traditions. This makes me laugh because my husband always gives me a hard time and says it's a "BAD" habbit I got from my mom. I love to just add extra's to food. (Like adding corn to mac-n-cheese) When I was younger, we had to make a lot of meals stretch, so I guess I got a lot of that from the family.
My cooking triumphs
Like I mentioned early, my home-made chili I'd have to say is a triumph. My hubby has me making it about once a week now. Cooking and Recipes are still a little new to me, so I haven't tackled many things yet. I'm great with recipes so that's good.
My cooking tragedies
Other than burning things, I haven't experienced any major tragedies. Funny topic! lol I bet there are some great stories.

Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Shake
This was an 'ok' shake. Very very thin, I dont think it should be called shake. Maybe Chocolate-Banana-Peanut Butter DRINK. I used hershey's cocoa powder, and had to add 4 tablespoons of sugar. After I mixed all in blender, I put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes to thicken up.
