Grandma's Corn Bread Dressing
We haven't tried Cornbread stuffing before so it's hard to say but this was a great first try, really yummy with gravy!

Chicken Enchiladas II
With some changes (in my notes) this is a great flavor, and I've never tried to make enchiladas before.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
Made this in a spring form pan with extra cream cheese and added sour cream. Read the reviews before making, I wanted more of a cheesecake than a pie and it was great!! Everyone LOVED it.
