Special Butterscotch Chip Cookies in a Jar
I gave these as part of a gift basket last Christmas. All of the ingredients are pretty hard to fit in the large mason jars; you have to pack down each individual layer. But, they looked great once I got it all in there; the colors of the different layers are very complimentary. I've also made these for bake sales and office events. They always get rave reviews!

Restaurant-Style Chicken Tenderloins
Loved this recipe - it was so fast and easy and it turned out great. It will definitely be a go-to recipe for a mid-week meal. I cooked it on the Forman grill and served it with seasoned basmati rice and peas. Yummy!

Baked Dijon Salmon
I was out of bread crumbs and had to substitute cashews for the pecans, and it still turned out great! Received plenty of compliments and requests to make it again. I was really looking forward to having the leftovers for lunch the next day, but there weren't any!
