I am a food junkie that loves to entertain. I cook anything that involves the three B's: bacon, butter, or booze. You can find me, on any given day reading, exercising, scrapbooking, shopping, or cooking! I love to throw well-coordinated parties! ( I think in another life I was a party planner!) I am working on my teacher's certification, and have a bachelor's in photography,and in psychology.I have been happily married since June of 2004, and my husband and I are currently working on scraping enough money together to buy a house.. All comfort foods! And dessert! Cheesecake, Italian or Mexican food, cookies, grilling out fillet mignon, whatever really. I hate fish or seafood of any kind, and I don't like many fruits, but other than that, I'm up for anything!!! Christmastime baking traditions: icing shortbread cookies, making gingerbread houses.... I also love cooking with my husband. He is a wonderful cook! Baking my own fabulous 3-tiered square birthday cake, and making my own fondant icing to go on top.. It was beautiful! Coffee cake, pumpkin roll, CHAMPAGNE CAKE!!
