Strawberry Cake I

I usually make all my cakes from scratch, but I can't find a strawberry cake recipe that comes out any better than this one. I've used it for years.

Pineapple Casserole

This is one of my all-time favorites, dating back to my childhood. My mother always made it with cheese crackers (Better Cheddars) instead of the Ritz crackers for an extra cheesey crunch.

Chocolate Pound Cake II

I was a little skeptical after reading the "seasoned baker's" review but I made this cake and it was delicious. Soft and moist, with a light chocolate flavor. I doubled the recipe to get five 8' round layers and baked each for about 25 minutes. I used this for a groom's cake and got good reviews.

Marble Swirl Pound Cake

I bake a lot of cakes, and I will be using this recipe again. As others suggested, I reduced the flour by about 1/2 cup. It turned out moist and delicious. I also used 2 8" pans instead of a tube pan and reduced the time. Beautiful!
