Blueberry Buckle
Excellent! I made the recipe exactly as written and it was delicious, moist, and perfectly sweet. I also thought it looked quite pretty. I will certainly make it again.

Eggplant Croquettes
Wonderful! I served these on French rolls with lettuce, sliced tomato, and mayo. Next time, I will definitely double the recipe and freeze some. They were delicious.

Eggplant Sandwiches
