Amazing Chicken
Great recipe! The chicken is very moist. For variations I have used plain yogurt (not vanilla!!) instead of mayo and crushed club crackers when I didn't have bread crumbs - added a little pepper and salt! My family loves it that way too!

Lobster Bisque
This soup was incredible and easy! I followed some of the recommendations. I doubled the worchestershire and chopped the onions. I also used heavy whipping cream instead of milk and crab instead of lobster. I didn't add the tomatoe paste. My husband loved it with a little Sherry drizzled over top.

Coconut Sour Cream Cake
Excellent! It is fairly sweet, so smaller pieces are nice. We toasted the coconut to sprinkle on top. I will make this for the holidays! Loved the tinted coconut and jelly bean egg idea!
