I made this last night, and it was terrific. I used extra feta cheese, and tore pieces of basil into the pasta at the very end. Very creative and delicious meal--the tangy-ness from the cheese is perfect with the zestiness of the cajun spices. Heavenly! Thanks

How creative are you? I came across this recipe the other day and it sounded delicious---so I ran to the market and gathered the necessary ingredients. Might I say, this was to die for!!! Truly one of my new favorites, completley easy--and just mouth-watering. I wouldn't revise the recipe--perfect as is. Thank you so much! ~drool

I made this twice. The first time it was missing something. The crab is very delicate in taste, so you need bold flavors. The second time I added a can of Progresso cheesy enchilada soup and mixed it with the regular red enchilada sauce. This added so much more flavor! If you add the soup, these are to die for.
