Cheddar Artichoke Quiche Cups
Super good! I made them for a christmas party and they were the first thing gone! I didnt have marinated artichokes so I just used a little oil and some juice from the can. Also these would be really good with little filo dough cups! I was very impressed with how easy they were to make and how good they were.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi
Amazing!!!! This recipe will be on my MUST MAKE AGAIN list! My husband loved it and could not believe I cooked something like that in shuch a short amount of time! Next time I'll make a little extra glaze to put on rice! Thanks for such a great recipe!

Baked Fettuccine Lasagna
I found that it was a little dry and I had to put more of my own spagetti sauce on it. Other than that, it was very good!
