Really good to me but hubby thought it a little too salty. I doubled the sauce to put over noodles too but it was too much. I may half the butter/mayo next time and see what I get since I have a freezer full of halibut to use up.

Kathy's Delicious Whole Slow Cooker Chicken

This was a good starter recipe for me. I doubled the liquid ingredients and cooked breast side down. The breast definately had the most flavor. Mine was a tad dry at 4 hours on high even for an almost 4lb bird. Next time I will put some onions and garlic in the cavity and leave some of the skin on the breast to keep it more moist. I also may use my injector to get a bit more of the flavor into the meat.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Very quick and easy and a crowd pleaser. I served over angel hair. Next time I will add more garlic and maybe a little red pepper but more than tasty as is.

Garlic and Ham Spaghetti

Simple and easy. I did double the garlic and added about 1 tsp of Mrs Dash garlic and herb seasoning to liven it up a bit more for us. Will make again.

Strawberries in Spiced Syrup

Excellent taste. I made a half batch and used only 1/3 cup sugar. A little tricky if you've never made syrup before but worth the learning.

Southwestern-Flavored Ground Beef or Turkey for Tacos & Salad

This was good but I scaled back to 2lbs beef and used 1 10oz can of Rotel otherwise used about the same measurements for spices. I also added garlic salt and garlic powder per my taste. I'm thinking of adding green chiles too. Great basic recipe to adjust to your own taste.

Chicken Breasts With Herb Basting Sauce

Simple and kept chicken moist. I just used 2 tsp Italian seasoning since I didn't have all the ones individually. Turned out well but I'm sure the flavor is even better with the appropriate individual seasoning. Will be using this again.

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

I added chicken broth to the bottom also. The chicken fell apart as I took it out. It was a little bland without the gravy I made but otherwise so easy. I put it on high for 2 hours and low for 5 hours. It was a wonderful meal to come home to after being out in the cold watching the Iditarod restart. I'm sure all those dogs we saw would love this chicken too:)

Easy Taco Casserole

Excellent. I used taco seasoning (no chili pwdr) and about 1/2 cup water then followed all the directions. I did follow a review that left off the top cheese and chips until the last 10 mins and it worked great. My 3yr old said that "it's a keeper, mom"

Sweet Dinner Rolls

I made these as cloverleaf rolls and the first words out of hubby's mouth was "These are a keeper". Very easy using bread machine. I can't wait to try these as cinnamon rolls or monkey bread.

Mom's Baked Macaroni and Cheese

I made as is except used only 1/2 box macaroni and added sour cream (1/4 cup)and paprika as per other reviews. Topped with crushed croutons. Good and easy but nothing spectacular. I will make this again and try to get it perfect for our taste.

Apple Dip

Very easy and delicious. I added a bit of peanut butter and powdered sugar and I really liked the taste. Hubby thought that it didn't complemet apples though but he loved with choco. chips added and graham crackers to dip with. Of course my 3 year old gobbled it up
