This was amazing, I use recipes off this site on a weekly basis and this is now in my top 5. It it super easy to make, if you use a ziplock bag for the marinade you dont even get more than a 1/3 cup for measuring dirty. The marinade darkens the fish so it can be hard to tell when it is fully cooked. I needed to cook each side for 10 minutes apiece in our gas grill

This is easy and simple and to make, plus you already have most of the ingredients on hand. If you want to cut back on time do the first baking session in the microwave. I loved it with the cinnomon

this was yummy but it felt much more like a fruit salsa taht a type of bruschetta
