Mini Parmesan Scones
I added garlic and onion powder to the flour mixture and they were still kind of bland. They are very doughy for scones as well...I doubt I will make these again.

Pineapple Scones
These have a nice flavor and good texture. I suggest putting 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg in the flour mixture: it added a soft flavor that really complemented the orange and pineapple nicely.

Salmon and Spinach Fettuccine
So incredibly delicious! The color of this dish is beautiful also! Only suggestion I have is to double the amount of pasta because this recipe makes plenty of sauce for a full 16 oz box of fettucine. Made this for friends and they were very impressed :)
