Day Before Mashed Potatoes
Soooo helpful for me since I have found this. Just removing one item the day of Thanksgiving buys me so much more time. I do not detect any difference thatn the potatoes I have been making for the years prior. (I still add minced garlic and extra sour cream).

California Grilled Veggie Sandwich
I am a meat eater through and through. This is absolutely amazing and delicious! I have made this with a grilled portebella mushroom and without. Yummy both ways. I used pepper jack cheese, which for me, just made the sandwich!
