LOVE IT! I don't have a waffle maker, so I used my cast iron grill pan (well buttered) instead just to give it some texture. It tasted very fluffy, my boyfriend loved it, and that speaks volume because he's usually very fussy. This recipe is going in my collection!

BEST EVER! I made tempura onion rings a few nights ago and was pretty bummed that the batter came off when I fried them. I look recipes up and seeing that this one had good reviews I decided to give it a go. I used freshly made breadcrumbs with my multi grain bread so it wasn't so dry. I also used like 3 medium onions. I yielded about 3-4 servings easy. Good stuff. This definitely will be going into my recipe collection.

One of the best pancakes made from scratch ever. I added some fibresure and vanilla essence and I replaced the butter with oil. I cooked the pancake with butter instead. It was AWESOME. This recipe goes in my little recipe book!
