Marinated Grilled Shrimp
This was great. I tried what another reviewer wrote and used ketchup in place of the tomato sauce. I used a mix of ketchup and barbeque sauce. Very easy and delicious.

Mint Chocolate Cookie Crunch
These were so yummy! They reminded me of a Girl Scout thin mint cookie. They are not very pretty and you may want to add some decorative sprinkles or something if you are making these for Christmas. The chocolate seemed to "seize up" when I added the extract. But they still tasted great.

Maple Salmon
This was wonderful. We always have these ingredients in the house which makes the recipe even better! Not only did it taste great, but it was lovely. We will definitely be having this again soon.
