Mexican Chicken I
Excellent recipe. I made an extra batch and froze it. It reheated well and tasted just as good as the first batch.

Linda's Lasagna
This recipe was fabulous. The only ingredient change I made was to replace cottage cheese with ricotta. All the kids raved about it and asked when I could make it again. Thanks, Linda!
