Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
This recipe was fantastic!!! Good suggestion about putting the honey butter mix in fridge to cool. Should use a rough chop on the pecans. I used a high speed processer and the pecans turned to dust! The glaze is perfect. Also use a piece of foil to line the pan to make clean up easier. Will use this recipe again. Loved it. Thanks.

Grilled Shrimp Rice Noodle Bowl
I thought this was awful. Ate 3 bites and placed the entire meal in the disposal. The sauce smelled great but lost something once it was all put together. Spouse agreed with me and he never complains. Must be a matter of personal taste.

California-Thai Flank Steak
Outstanding!!! The aroma is wonderful. I didn't have any coriander so I used a dash of red pepper flakes. Grilled on the stove with a grill pan 6 minutes each side--perfect. Thanks for sharing.
